Just wanted to know what the difference was between the 3,4 and 6 puck carbon semi-metallic friction hub and disc assembly that Protege Garage offers from the Spec clutch and any other additional info/advice for someone who's looking to upgrade their clutch.

AND lets say someone has these mods on their car: intake, testpipe, downpipe, mbc 17psi and a fmic which stage clutch kit would you recommend if the person is looking to max out at around 350 whp.

here's the link to PG's listing:

Thanks in advance !!

I am always guilty of going all the way. When it comes to clutches more pucks = more clamping force and less chatter. Sounds just right :)

I will say stage3 plus you gona use car on street??It should be good for that kind of power dont change it until stock die

So the more pucks the merrier and yes the car would be daily driven.

I'm looking to change the clutch soon cause of what happened last time at the track. The clutch slipped on me from 1st to 5th gear and I didn't noticed that's what it was doing till 5th, cause it has never happened before, so I really don't want it to happen the next time I'm there.

Plus the track isn't that close to me it's about 1 1/2 hours from me.

Just be aware that with an increased clamping force you start to lose the ability to slip the clutch gently at low rpm. More pucks can be a very good thing
