well if they did all that and the pedal feels fine and the clutch still does that then it might be your throw out bearing is bad. It is little ball bearings inside of the housing of the throw out bearing and they might have fell apart inside and or they may have broken the fingers of the pressure plate and thus will not put enough pressure on the pressure plate to release it from the disc when you are trying to shift.
