Clutch chatter TSB no good?

I contacted my dealer about the clutch chatter TSB outlined here.

They told me it only applies to cars with less than 60,000 KM on them. I don't see anything mentioned at that link? Can anyone confirm/deny this please? Is there a standard cutoff for all TSBs?

BUT, a TSB is not the same as a recall, so if you are out of warranty, they won't fix it for free

Yea try another dealer in the area. If that doesn't work, contact Mazda Corporate and tell them what's up.

I tried 3 times....good luck...my clutch still chatters on rare occassions.

Mazda warranty = poop
