clutch break in

hey i know this is an old thread but i just got an stage 2 i heard they give more performance such as better clamping I actually use my car as a daily driver (around 70miles per day going thru so many uphills etc) this is my question my engine is stock so is this clutch good for my car ?

any helpful answer will be appreciated

That would be overkill on your 1.8. A stock replacement clutch will suit you fine and be fine even if you mod it. The stage 2 will work it will just be WAY more clutch than you need.

how about the break in? how is the proper break in procedure for this clutch ? would it feel weird or be jerky?

Every clutch has it's break in period... But you can use both methods it's up to you my friend

this is my second day driving it in the city just doing lot of stop and go but the car is being jerky sometimes is this normal during the break in period?

No... Might be your throw out bearing

throw out bearing is new as well with the kit
