He can't hes not the mod for this section or a super mod. BTW this is acutally grounds for being banned. Its not your job to enforce forum policy your best form of action would've been a PM to Clos561 or a Mod. I wouldn't change my sig out of spite since your being such an asshole about it.

Hell i even had a smiley face and cheers on ym original thread to show no hostility and yet Mr win thinks i'm persoanlly attaking someone.

Hopefully this post will set a sig policy in place. One person notifying a mod isn't going to cause as much of a reaction as this will, when they can see it's affecting others. I seriously have to scroll past the one time it shows up on each page because it bothers me so much.

We have one. Actually one person contacting them does make a difference. They'll all attest to it.
