What is the spring rate for your struts? rear and front?

hey man sry for the delayed reply, right now the only number i see on the springs is 400, they are the ground control coilover sleeves, but i am about to install some coils, which are at 12k all around.


AND iv got a little update, figured id post in here for once lol

i just picked up the 34J aurora blue mica and some violet so i plan on trying to color match my sides and front lip, and maybe a few other black pieces/trim.


An i just told coperspeed, im installing a set of coilovers with a 12k spring rate, the brand is Toser, some taiwan s*** im just getting cuz my brother got fortune autos.

sooooo i plan on almost tucking these wheels with around 4 degrees, if i can attain that degree, then slamming it down lower than its ever been, even lower than when i had my 4 inch springs lol

Yo civic, I can't even imagine your car getting any lower haha. But hey if you are going the Taiwan route, maybe look into XYZ. They are German and run a camber plate front and rear. I was going to get them for my es before I picked up Ian's p5. I think you would be the only pro running them on here

Hes already got my old coilovers lol nothing wrong with them, they actually ride pretty good for what they are,
he just needs like 2 collars because we destroyed some taking everything apart trying to clean them up.
The guy who I bought them from didnt take care of them at all, they were in terrible shape

ok so this post isnt really an update on my car, but....

i recently took gold in the welterweight division of the WKA national tournament. I competed in full rules muay thai and i thought i would share the video with my mazda family!

this is from my opponents point of view, he was a really cool and humble guy. the fight starts at 2:00.
