I know what Tuesdays faf post is going to be. nice set of snaps. props to the photographer.

Sofa king dope. Im starting to love those wheels.

I think all red tails would make the rear so much cleaner. Do it.

thanks guys! yea the photographer is sid fliegel, he tried to get me featured on as many sites as he could, i think urban flth, stancedlyfe lyfe, and insane stance and offset, are going to feature me. he also ALMOST got me on stance nation, the only reason they wouldn't feature was because...... my front wasn't low enough lol

so I'm going to look up shorter springs, and maybe go a bit stiffer with the spring rate, not because of what stance nation said, but because iv been wanting to go lower for a while, I'm going to need to re do my driveway though haha

I'm as low as I can go. I'm basically sitting on the cut bump stops. You can't go any lower than me, without coils that is. The problem is the struts have to long of case. Plain and simple, you need short stroke struts. I've contacted a lot o the big companys and they simply say, we don't have what your looking for. So I'm trying to find inserts from another car. I've tried a couple vw struts with no luck. Trying some mk1 struts asap. I'll keep you updated. :)

Oh my gosh, when it gets to that point stop being cheap and get some legit BCs already. They'll provide more slam than you'll ever need..

ive gotta measure the stock struts and then it'll be pretty easy finding shorter ones. shorter springs are easy to find already so that shouldnt be a factor

dude i would have bc's on the car right now if i could, lol just dont have a grand to drop man, unless you know someone that can hook me up with just the two front coilovers....used...... but in the mean time, its gonna be shorter springs

and yea AK im like an inch to half an inch from just tittin on the bump stops, i hit them every once in a while

Its the diameter of the strut that you have to worry about. Every make is different. If you find one thats around 2-3mill smaller you can wrap it in hockey tape and slide it in. Works perfectly, i just haven't found anything yet.

i will be making some :)

save save save save save save. You can't look at it like "oh I don't have a grand right now" well no s***, a lot of us don't but you have to put away and eventually you have the money. I know these cheap setups gotta ride like s***, I had sleeves on blown shocks and that was enough to make me go BC, let alone cut perches with more than likely blown shocks.

word, i rode on sleeves for less than 2 months and that was it for me, but everyones got there own thangg going on so keep it up playa

Love the look of your car dude, definitely one of a kind the way your going. I've gotta ask though, what's with the style of tread thinner then the rims? If it's for a lower pro tire then why wouldn't you spring for pirelli rubber bands and have them fit right?

it actually because i stretched a narrow tire on a wider rim. its so i can fit the whlle in there with out rubbing, while still being as low as possible. not really to get a "low pro " look.

so i guess the style is called tire stretch?
