CEL no power

Ok sorry for my first post being asking for help but I really need it.

I stopped at a red light then when I went to accelerate it was really slow and the CEL came one,
I made it to autozone to get a CEL test and got three codes: p0171, p0090, and p0300, the car idles fine it was running 7 psi and now it's running 5 has a lot of trouble going up hills, can only go 60 max on a flat road, backfires when I let off the gas sometimes.
The 0090 code say fuel pressure solenoid circuit
The 0300 is random cylinder misfire
And the 0171 says lean air/fuel ratio bank one (cylinder denotes bank 1) but it seems like it's running too rich,
This is my firs car out of the honda game so I'm kind of lost

I'm sorry to hear you were in the Honda game. I would start by checking for boost or vacuum leaks and replacing the coilpacks AND wires/boots and if it needs them, plugs. You will need NGK ZFR6F plugs and if you get them from a parts store make sure you GAP THEM PROPERLY TO .028". The P0090 is likely the solenoid for the FPR, it is on top of the IM and has a brown connector. They are a dime a dozen at the junkyard or if you want to get a new one from a dealer they are about $90.

ok, the plugs weren't the problem.

but the thing is i found 4, 2 are not hooked up at all and they have a mitsubishi logo on them,
is there anywhere in dfw where i can take it to that actually knows mazdas? other shops around me dont even know what mazdaspeed is.
