Hey guys, was loading in a disc today and once it went in I turned the radio off. Half an hour later turned the radio back on and the screen keeps going in cycles of showing "check cd" for a few seconds and then will go to "Disc out" and then flash on the #3 cd, which is the slot I was filling. Disconnected the battery to see if that would do anything when i started it back up, didn't help. Won't let me listen to any of the other cds. It does sound like it's trying to eject a cd but nothing comes out. This ever happen to anybody else? What do I do?

sounds like you're ****** just like me.

I've had some intermittent trouble along those lines, usually end up ejecting each disc and reloading, which only happens after much button jogging to get it to allow you to do that. but a week ago it went into permanent sulk mode, mine is also disc 3, and I cannot get it to go into eject mode.

saving for a caska, there is no way I am doing the back to stock retrofit just for a HU warranty job

Yep, same deal here. I've tried to pull the cd player apart to get the cds out, but it's damn near impossible without destroying the cd player all together.

Looks like Britney's stuck with the car forever. (lol2)(breakn)

I'm having the same issue and I'm leaning towards spending the money on an aftermarket tuner with better power and maybe go with Sirius radio with a plug for my MP3 and forget about the dumb CD's.
