Wow, I scraped my girlfriend's Honda Fit 2007 against a curb while we were on vacation. The damage is about a foot long and is on the front right corner of not the bumper but that ground effects bumper extension on the bottom of the bumper. The scraping is a bit rough and the bumper extension itself is black plastic. The scrape goes down to the black plastic in some areas and then tapers off toward the back of the car and goes into white lines from the primer. The damage stops after about 12 inches and ends where the bumper extension ends and then the wheel well starts. I didn't think the repair would be too labor intensive but just wanted to know if you guys had any ideas about what the techs would have to do to fix this and if it would cost a lot. The color is the orange. Also her dad is a little bit crazy about keeping his cars clean and not damaged so even though the car is in her name, he bought it for her.
Here's a photo so you experts can take a look at it. Any help with what the body work people would have to do or what it would cost would be great. All the body shops are closed right now.
