Cat Converters/ANYBODY???

I'm just wondering if anyone has had either or both of cat/conv removed, I know it's irresponsible and bad for the environment, but Iv'e read that they are a major power robber on the P5's (as per Racing Beat). Did it affect O2 sensor, did it effect check engine light, was there any power gains and were they worth it

You definatly will get a check engine light. I dont think you will gain that much power on an NA application by removing the cats. Perhaps you can remove the primary one and get a high flow cat for the one located in the exhuast piping. Just my .02
