Carquest Grease and Lube EP 90 GL-4

Hello, i have a 2008 Mazda3i 2.0. The owner manual say the manual transmission is either GL4 or GL5 but many people suggest using GL4. My question is that has anyone ever use this Carquest EP90 GL-4. Thank you
