Cargo cover doesn't retract

So My big box of Mazda 5 goodies came in today. I installed the cargo cover and mine doesn't appear to retract. I assume it is supposed to retract. Anyone have an answer? Also I bought it at an online Mazda dealer but assume I can swap it out at an Mazda dealer under the 12 month/12K mile accessory warranty?

It is supposed to retract. Mine is always on a retract setting and needs to be hooked into place, otherwise it just rolls back into the tube.

I had the exact same problem after receiving my online purchase. Simply drop by your local Mazda dealership, and they will replace it within the 12 month time frame.

No, in all seriousness, I think it makes sense, regardless of who shipped it, if Mazda sells it, warranty should be honored by any of their dealers...
