Car vubrates when you accerlerate hard

Hi I have a 95 Protege 1.8 liter that is vibrating when you accerlate hard and was wondering what it could be

the motors vibrates alot when you accel hard, especially in 1st gear when your going for the redline. The whole car shouldnt vibrate unless your exagerating a bit, however dont quote me but maybe you have a cracked motormount.....thats what i cant think of.

Check the motor oil level my car vibrated badly and i checked my oil and it was really low and when i refilled it it didnt happen again
