Car hesitates under boost

I know there have been several posts about this topic, but I need help quick.

Recently my bottom end went out, so I had someone redo the bottom end. They removed, fixed, and then put the engine back in (took 2 months... but that's besides the point). Anyways before them doing this work the car would easily be able to go from 60 mph to 80 mph to pass a semi. Now it feels like the boost is slow to kick in or doesn't exist at all.

the rebuild has nothing to do with it. do a boost leak test and find everyone of them, youll be glad you did.

Yup, sounds like a boost leak. It doesn't take much on a MAFS car to make a difference. It's especially bad on the MSP because it runs crazy rich from the factory. When you have a boost leak, it makes it run even more rich under boost.
