CAR feels "Stuck" in Reverse in morning

Hello, I'm new to the forum and have a question. I've had my MS6 for about a month now. I just started noticing that in the morning when i back out of my driveway the car seems to be stuck for a second then I hear a lite 'break' in the back. It is almost like my ebrake is getting 'hung up' or something? Im not sure if this is due to the cold or what? Anyone else experience this or have any thoughts? I appreciate it..

what happens is you get moisture on your rotors and brake pads and they rust together, when you start moving you simply break free this rust. its completely normal.
