Me too. But that's because I've worked 2 double shifts this week, 4pm-8am. Then straight to school 8am-Noon. Then back to work by 4pm. So I guess I have an excuse to be a little loopy.
As for you though, don't sleep too much if you're overly drained. If you're body isn't used to 10-12 hours of sleeping, doing so will only make you remain drained. Instead, get some good cardiovascular exercise, cut back on fatty foods for a little while, and sleep a normal 8 hours. After a week or so, you should feel a lot better.
