Can you replace the front left panel?

Hey Guys,

Some guy fell into my girlfriends car during a fight on the side of the road one night and has dented the front left panel just above the wheel. Does anyone know how easy this is to

1) Have the dent fixed by a dent repairer?
2) replace the whole panel yourself?

If the dent can't be popped out, you'll have color mismatch issues if you just try to get the panel painted. Usually they blend into the adjacent panel. Just take it to a body shop and see what they recommend. BTW, I think the panel can be removed fairly easily.
