Can I Remove The Digitizer From The Infotainment Display?

I have a 2016 Mazda 6 with the screen webbing/spidering/cracking issue commonly seen on Mazda 3s. I cannot get this replaced at the dealer so that’s out of the question. But what I’ve heard about this issue is that it’s a delamination of the screen where the adhesive behind the touch screen actually melted through. I was wondering if I could remove the digitizer of the screen to access this adhesive and clean it all off with rubbing alcohol? Or if I could just remove the digitizer all together? I don’t use the touch screen at all, I only use the controls. I just want to get rid of that bubbling effect.

I found this... you should be able to get it replaced at your Mazda dealership.
