Can I clean Injen filter with K&N cleaner?

I used to have the MHP CF CAI with K&N filter. I sold that and got the Injen CAI. I want to clean my filter but can I use the K&N cleaner and oil? Do any of you guys know? Any info you can give me will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Jon.

YES you can.....I have the injen CAI, and basically the two filters are the same....I have various other K&N filters on other cars/bike I own...and use their cleaner and their oil ....its NOT a problem at all.
