anyone done this?.. (completely remove least one of them)

i was thinking.. this will give bit more accessibility for my wife who sits with 2 girls on the back (3years & 3 months)...

safty issue may be? is it legal?..(uhm)

Is it easy to take it out.. put it back... i kinda miss my old Oddyssey which had easy to put on and off 2nd row seats..

Was thinking the same thing - about only 'missing' thing that I have come up with since we acquired our 2008 5 at the end of June

might try it this afternoon..

^^ stow-n-go from Chrysler type thing I'm thinking... I rented one once and I really liked the concept...

I'm gunna try the seat removal thing. then maybe my bicycle would be able to stand up. I'm thinking load the bike in the side door, rear wheel where seat was, floor fork clamp near hatch area. that would be sweet.

I'm afraid to say that it is sold only in Denmark :(

Here are some more pics. I think a conversion may not be that difficult after market (as long as you keep the windows as they are)

I think you could fab something like this. It's just a secondary floor. That makes me think...

Looks straight forward
Not for a regular thing IN / OUT but with decision to remove makes easier access to rear row and cleaner area to carry things like groceries.

Thx

The problem with stow-n-go seating is that the seat is still taking up room - they have just raised the floor to hide it. I like seats that can be removed.

When you removed the seat from the MazdaV, there was no problem with an SRS light coming on, right?
