Camshaft replacement

So I have the pleasure of replacing the intake camshaft on my 03 MP5. I am having difficulties find a good source online for a replacement. (p5black) I would be willing to upgrade but I can't find a good source for info on camshaft replacement. If it is in the forum(uhm), I can't find it. Any help would be great.

Get the J-SPEC 2.0 FS-ZE intake camshaft. I think it is also known as the FSH9 camshaft. There is nothing special needed to install it, and it works great on any protege/protege5. Look for more info on the forum, there are MANY threads about this.
