cam question

just wondering if anyone knows if the cam gears from cork sport on the protege founf here at this link http://www.corksport.com/sr-motorsports-adjustable-cam-gears-for-protege-2-0l.html would work on a probe im sure they will since we can use the fsze camshafts... but im not sure if it isnt under the probe section for a reason .... i was thinking the ecu setting are diffrent ..... would ibe better off buying these cams or throwing the fsze camshafts in

What year probe? I used 98-00 626 cam gears for one of my projects (that's from a dizzy engine), so I'm pretty sure Protege gears will be backwards compatible.

Older 626 cams are worse... I just got the gears. The gears are exactly the same as stock on the Protege, so whatever cam gears fit on the Protege should also fit the Probe.
