Pardon me if I missed the obvious during my searches, but is there any decrease in HP/TQ/Trap speeds in a Federal vs. Cali spec car? I ask this as I just discovered my 2009 Pennsylvania car appears to have a Cali emission sticker up under the hood. Most historical accounts seem to dictate Cali=lower power. I'm now wondering how this might affect my future modding choices (stock now). Not sure if anyone has done a comparison in the past but any sound info would be appreciated.
