what do i need to know before purchasing this vehicle from out of state?

Is there anything about 2008 mazda 3's i should know about before buying?

For 13,500 is this a good deal?

I would not buy a car without a good look over. Also you might want to put this in the Mazda 3 forums instead of the Mazdaspeed3 forums. The Mazda 3 owners might have better advice.
