lol not to be mean but if you can tell it when your driving it they did a bad job but good luck with your car
Not all "Rebuilt Salvage Cars" are bad car, actually if you get it for the right price and it was done right like "some of us do" it makes for a really great deal for someone. Even if your father sells million or thousands of Salvage cars, must mean someone is buying them he makes enough money to put you in a "nice ride". So when you give advice the tell him "buyer beware" not to forget the wholething. Only time will tell if it was done right, plus it's a clear title so damage couldn't of been that bad..........(direct) Sorry for the rant

Agreed, they aren't all bad. My last car (98 Camaro) was a salvage title. I bought it for half of the value of a clear title car and drove it 600 miles home. It was a great car, never had any big issues with it aside from routine maintenance. I had it for 4 years and sold it last fall for normal market value for clean titled cars, it was a great buy for me.

well all I'm saying is most (not all) most people do bad jobs its just how many they can get done and get out and off the lot. we always did a good job and even if it was gonna cost more up front because we felt safe that if someone got in a wreck and got hurt (god thank you this has never happened) we could go to sleep knowing we did it right and it wasnt our fault. and when I'm saying bad jobs I'm talking about butt welding a clip and not cutting where the factory seams are and dripping the welds and sliding them together and welding them properly. or just cutting wires and not just unplugging the plug that was six inches away guys, I'm not trying to be a dick or any thing its just if you build a wreck there is just so much stuff you can hide and not see with out taking the car all the way apart.
