And you will go sit in the sandbox when?????

btw ~ What the hell is a Muslim breeding ground?

I'll not dignify your implied and occasionally explicit racial, religious, or cultural bigotry and ignorance any further.

Well unfortunately the Muslim nations have brought this hatred upon them selves. They sit there and do nothing while the radical Muslims terrorize the free world.
If a guy kills someone and you let him hind in you house you are just as bad as the killer. Thats what the Muslim people are doing and that just fuels the fire. While I dont like to generalize all of the Muslim people I cant help but do it. If the peaceful Muslim people would turn in the radical Muslims then the world wouldnt hate them they would embrace them and respect them. And while I DO NOT condone hatred to any race or religion, in this case I can understand. I myself cant help but do it most of the time.

And I also feel the President made a good speech and good points. I do not feel he politicized the speech at all. You might not want to see the connection between 911 and Iraq but Bush does.

Just as I said in my earlier post: The Moderate Muslims need to Speak Up and denoucne the terrorists in their midst. Until they do, I think they will continue to draw the ire of much of the free world.

I completely understand the desire for a stronger input of more moderate voices and forces.

It was a very similar issue (believe it, or not) in the South when abolitionists wished more moderate voices in the South would speak and act against slavery. It's a matter of vested interest. When surrounded by people who specialize in inflicting violence on others, moderate voices retire to the closet. There they speak in hushed tones, saying, "ain't it awful". Outside the closet, they specialize in keeping their heads down and their mouths closed. It was the same among moderate Germans in the 1930's during the Brownshirts, and subsequent Nazis rise to power. It's all a matter of day-to-day survival.

Plenty can be said about the Catholic Church's silence and actual involvement in WWII, and Nazi escapes afterwards.

Closer to home, though, the good Christian Methodists, for example, went so far as to split the denomination into Methodist Episcopal Church North, and Methodist Episcopal Church South over the slavery issue. It was only after several reconciliations and mergers with other denominations that the United Methodist Church emerged as we know it today.

The bottom line is that extremism to any cause is harmful to the overall health of the society. I'm personally glad to hear some voices of moderation here from both sides of this issue.

You guys just overlook me when I get peeved by someone who goes jihad either way.

Minivanhunter, give this video a watch:

It's a secular Arab speaking out and "telling it like it is".

I hope you can realize that your views are extremely racist and narrow-minded. Just because the most terrorism is planned and executed by Muslims and Arabs means that we should just wipe them all out, right? Is that what you truly think?

oh my God like YELLOWMSP SAID the world has turn to s*** ! Well its true , i think that we need God and we need peace!! i hope bush is doing the right thing ( in a newspaper said that what hes doing is a personal revenge) Why well they said that sadam husain tried to killed bush father and the bush family told them that they are going the revenge somthing like that ) LOL i don't know that this is true but when bush father was president US was in war like we are today!!! im just saying what i read!!

Well, being ex military I can tell you this. If the Bush family really wanted him dead they could of had him and his whole family killed and no one would know. So I would have to say NO that is not why we went to war.

I guess you missed the 9/11 report and the senate hearing investigations. No connection to Al Queda withj Saddam.

Here I will help you...

WASHINGTON (AP) - There's no evidence Saddam Hussein had a relationship with Abu Musab al-Zarqawi and his Al-Qaida associates, according to a Senate report on prewar intelligence on Iraq. Democrats said the report undercuts President Bush's justification for going to war.

Right, how many terrorist camps were directly attacked on the intial assault this time around into Iraq?

At least two that I heard of that were actively training, and were funded by Saddam. The money was easily tracked into Syria and Lebanon, not to mention Pakitsan and Afghanistan.

I was in country and listened to both the liberal and not-so-liberal biased news along the way.

Try again...I don't buy a democratic senate finding when they are trying to do what-ever they can to put themselves in office in the coming election.

Terrorists. Not Muslims. Muslim Terrorists...yes.

I happen to live a couple of doors down from a Muslim Family. They are from Jordan...been here about ten years and both adults are now citizens of the U.S.. More American than you and I put together. Guess what...they are not terrorists.

Apparently you are not reading...

I am not saying Iraq was involved in 9/11, which is supported by the 9/11 Commision. The 9/11 Commision never said there was NO link between Saddam and al Qaeda, btu that they could not substaniate it. That is not prof there is no link.

Here you go: http://www.iraqcrisisbulletin.com/archives/033103/html/general_franks_says_terrorist_.html
