Yeah I love that manifold. Its teh hotn3ss. But I need internals before I add anything else. :o( Some of those pics are kinda funny btw.

Okay.... for what is it 3900$ or so for a "built" shortblock they don't remove the flashing or clean up the sharp edges on the inside of the block? Doesn't look like any of the stress risers were adressed either?

Also that intake was opened up waayy too much... Unless you opened up your head that much (which I highly doubt), it seems like the air would be hitting the overhanging ports....

Also that area looks awfully dirty to be putting an engine together...

um... I thought you knew about these engines....

those ports are PERFECTLY gasket matched to the OEM gasket, which is damn near perfectly matched to the intake ports on the head... its also dirty cause everyone had their grubbys on it before it went into the solvent tank.

as for the area of assembly.. its all we had available... nothing could be done about that. not to mention the general rush it was done in... no time to do things the was I would of liked to do them (or the way I did them myself with my own build)
