BRAND NEW SPEC STAGE III HYBRID CLUTCH and MSP LIGHTENED FLY for sale!!!

i have a brand new spec stage three hybrid clutch (http://**************************.com/cart/product_info.php?products_id=49&osCsid=e1c4f4ce7f0025a9e7a06b7c35b060e9 that is a direct link to the part on Mental Addiction Motorsports where i purchased the clutch)and a msp lightened flywheel (http://corksport.com/store/category/4qbv/99p-drivetrain.html scroll down to see the Flywheel) for sale that i was going to put into my msp but i ended up waiting a month for it and totaled my car before i ever got the chance to get the parts installed. both items are brand new. never opened. i got the clutch for 497 dollars shipped and the flywheel for 194 dollars shipped. i dont have a set price i'd sell them for so just give me reasonable price and we'll go from their. i am looking to make some of my money back for these parts but im willing to nagociate for a "fair" price.
