this thread reminds me of a recent accident my friend was in with his '00 silverado.

some kid driving his riced out civic was text messaging somebody on his phone while driving and swerved into the lane the 1500 series pickup was in. long story short, my friend veered, but not enough. the kid hit him right in front of the left rear tire and because the civic was so low, he proceeded to drive over the hood and windshield of the still unsuspecting honda driving youth
