brakes needed.

I have been going over my brake options for a few months now. I orginally want to do all four rotors/pads/ss lines. the price to do this is about 550 shipped plus i would need fluid.

I cant put this off much longer, i need these soon.

I dont have the cash now to drop 550+ on new brakes.

my new plan.

Brembo blank rotors (only front 2)

Hawk pads (only front 2)69$ @tire rack

SS lines (fronts and rears if needed): $123.00 @tire rack

motul 600

and if i can find a SS clutch line.



I am nervous to try and bleed the brakes myself. So im gonna install pads/rotors/lines and ill give it a shot bleeding them, but if i have problems i will carefully take it to the local shop (about 1/2 mile) and have them fill/bleed the fluid.

Im having trouble finding brembo rotors, id rather not deal with ebay if possible. If you know where i can find them or another quality rotor post a link. Also any web pages with good pricing on the other products. I would like to do rotors on all 4's but i want a BBK sometime down the road, so i dont want to spend it twice.
I just purchased a piggyback so funds are limitied, but brakes are warn and warped.

http://64.49.232.219/subcat.asp?0=210 sells brembo's cross drilled for a little over $100 each I think...that shop is owned by the notorious Jason, who also owns the Pclub...some have had a lot of bad things to say about him...but he sent me my Tein springs in less than a 2 days...I had them 4 days after I ordered them...

i dont want crossed drilled. i just want blanks.Maybe slotted but i dont want them to look out of place. I couldnt get past the rotor picture in the link..

well I think they only have cross drilled + slotted anyway...no blanks and no slotted only...sorry dude, I will keep looking...

Jason's site (the site in the earlier post) has slotted only KVR's (a subsidiary of Brembo or something...Brembo makes their s*** I think) for something like $179!! each for the front...They are Cadmium plated for rust prevention...but I would look elsewhere...they sell Brembo cross-drilled and slotted for $125 each...
