I need some help here i have never done this.. how do i switch my rear drums to rotors

You need a full right up. Its not a simple 1 2 3 step process. You can check out Club Protege, as they might have useful info for you.

swap in the complete rear sub frame from a escort g.t. tada... rear disk brakes...

It can be much simpler than that, although, not necessarily as cheap. Use the following OEM parts in replace of the original. This applies to the BG.

The hub assy is the same for both disc and drum brakes.

I did it on an 88 626 and just swapped the whole knuckle assemblies. But not with new stuff. Didn't have to change the combo valve thing either, worked great.
