hey guys. yesterday i was driving in my 06 ms6 and i was in first gear and floored it. i shifted into second and the brake light came on same with third. it was very weird and was wondering if this has happened to anyone else. thanks.

Check your fluid level, their could be a dead spot (lack of fluid) because your accelerating.

Your fluid is probably just low enough to trip the Low Fluid Sensor when the fluid is sloshed to the rear of the reservoir.

Had the same issue when I got mine. It was the e-brake being way out of adjustment. The handle was super loose. It would move up enough under hard acceleration to trigger the brake light. Which BTW turns off the AWD and made for some interesting quick turning take offs.
