Brake idiot light on dash comes on during hard cornering

2008 MS3 with 28K miles. The "Brake" idiot light on the cash has started coming on durning hard cornering. This mostly happens on long sweeping on ramps getting onto the highway. this has just started within the last two weeks. Stock Bridgestones on stock wheels with no suspension mods.
Any thoughts?

Check the brake fluid. Might be a pinch low. Or perhaps the hand brake lever is loose enough to close the switch on turns.

yeah more the likely it's in the brake lever..

In my old speed6, the brake light came on a week after I was at the dealership for an oil change.
Someone on the forums mentioned to check my brake fluid...and it turned out I was low on brake fluid.
Filled it up and it never illuminated again.
