Looks very nice. Wanted to know that after all the added work involved and potential cost, would you just reccommend getting the AWR header that will still eliminate the cat but bolt up w/o mods. Do you know if that system has an input for both O2 sensors?

Very nice. My son and I are wanting to improve the performance of his car but neither of us is mechanically inclined.We are in Clayton, NC, where are you? We need help finding parts that are compatable.

Is that a Bosal muffler? Does bosal offer any other muffler than that one that will be packaged with the full exhaust? I prefer something with a smaller tip, 3" max.

Oh yeah, does the muffler actually muffle sounds? I don't want a crazy loud rumble. If it is loud, do you guys know if those silencers you can buy for those Apex'i mufflers work on the bosal ones?

hakushi, the muffler on that car in this thread is a universal straight through tenzo-r exhaust.. do a search in the photo gallery somewhere there is a picture of what the bosal exhaust looks like on a car..

the bosal is alot smaller and has 2.25" tubing leading up to a tip thats who knows how big.

thanks for the tip tradrCT, actualy, after I posted the message I found a picture of the Bosal exhaust. It looks nice, but now I'm wondering if anyone can tell me how big the tip is. I looked on bosal.com, but it yielded absolutely zero information.

Not to mention that I stopped by a local speedshop and no one there knew what I'm talking about Kept showing me these big 4" tip universal mufflers, sigh.

No, you don't wanna hear it hehe. It is LOUD! It has a good sound but it's just too loud. I am gonna pic up the silencer for that muffler, should help out. I will try and get a clip soon though.

NC can you show a pic of the EGR Valve I belive you said had troble installing it? Thanks Danny

The EGR is in the 3rd pic. It is the tube that comes from the right side and bolts up to the header with that nut. If you look at your stock header you will see the same pipe but it comes in straight, where the Bosal is angled down. You have to take that pipe off (it goes around and up under the intake) and cut it and fabricate a piece to weld to it to angle it right.

ARDMP5 mentioned a header made by AWR. I was wondering where i could pick one of those up if i decided against the bosal header. BTW NC MP3 how did the o2 sensor relocate work out?
