Borla, HKS, or Magnaflow Cat-back?

Looking for some feedback from members that have installed cat-back exhausts systems on their Mazda 3 2.0L/2.3L 5-Speed Sedan.

I've listened to Borla, HKS, and Magnaflow on the web, but haven't heard them in person. I'm looking for the best performance with the lowest sound.

Anyone care to share their sound or experience of picking one over the other? What type of gains have you experienced, if any?

I am also interested in a cat-back...I have a 2.0 sedan, and would really like to install the Vibrant exhaust. I just recently saw something somewhere that it won't fit the PZEV's , which I have. Any body know if this is true??
