so i am lookin into manual boost controllers for my 2003 MSP just bc they are less expensive then the digital ones. My whole motor is stock nothing has been done to it and now im looking for more boost. A friend with the same MSP said that my motor could handle 10 PSI no probblem on stock internals and around 12 PSI ill get fuel cut? On stock internals Whats the most my car should be able to handle im still a little nervous just to put the boost controller in and turn it up.

When you say the motor is stock, do you mean just the block (i.e. not forged)? If you mean the car as a whole is stock I wouldn't personally up the boost without some supporting mods.

Check out the stickied thread at the top of the page for the best way to begin modding a car up to 10psi, while still having it be drivable.

Once/if you have the supporting mods, I'd say 10psi is a pretty comfortable level.

Just my 0.02

ok i will say it one more time SEARCH!

but the stock block can handle 10 psi WITH SUPPORTING MODS, if the car is stock i would leave the boost alone. i would get intake exhaust some time of fuel management and a new intercooler, sidemount or front mount. plugs and other things. oh and if you dont have a welded lsd i would take the time to weld it. i know cause i was like well mine will never break, and one day it did and my car was down for 1.5 weeks. so if i could have done it over agian i would have welded it before it broke so you can controll when your car will be down.

Yeah dude, alot of your questions I see your posting have already been answered. Just search and you'll find what your looking for.

lol good point.
