Boost Guage Selection

I have decided to buy a boost guage and mounting pod and I am having trouble deciding....I know that I want a prosport boost guage, but do I want mechanical or electrical?...and I am thinking about the ATI-EZ Pod...does anyone have any experience with one of these?

Thanks!

Mechanical gauges require you to run tubing from your engine into the cabin. Electrical gauges require you to run wiring from the boost sensor in the engine into the cabin. Mechanical gauges respond quicker, but some electrical gauges offer "peak memory" which means you can look back later and recall what your highest boost is.

I have a Prosport and have not had any problems with it. It looks really good.

I got the prosport digital series boost gauge and I love it so far. Mechanical guages respond immediatly which is nice but for my purposes I just want to see my max boost and what im holding. The numbers on the digital are very easy to read.

If I were to get a regular gauge I would get mechanical. Either way you have to run a wire / hose to the gauge. The mechanical is also like 15 bucks cheaper if I remember correctly.
