Do I need anything to install the injectors? Like o-rings? Or are they ready to be dropped in?

I'm not sure if you'd be able to use the old o-rings, but you could try. I'll see if mine come out in one piece.

You can get a new set of Orings and what not from rock auto for like $12. (full set)

If you are getting the injectors, get new top o-rings. they are 5/16" inner 7/16" outer diameter. Chances are you will need some, and for probably 30 cents each, its just as well to pick some up. I barely squat a couple of mine when I put them in, gas went everywhere, then the next day my starting motor went, maybe it was coincidental, but id say gas pouring all over it didn't help it any... GLWS
