Bluetooth volume, kinda...

I have issues with people being able to here me when on bluetooth unless I speak really loud. I have gone into the diagnostics mode and there is a volume setup section and a bar that shows the level the system receives. If I speak normally no bar shows up, if I raise my voice then I see one green box, I have to almost yell to get it into the red section. I would like to adjust the sensativity up so that the system registers my voice when talking at a normal volume. There is information about adjusting the sensativity but I can't figure out how to make it work, any help would be greatly appreciated. Hope this makes sense...

Check with your cell provider to ensure your phone has the latest software update. Might help....
