Bluetooth - Importing Contacts

Hello all,
I've had my Mazda3 s GT for about a week and am in the process of setting up the bluetooth options.
I've manually entered the most important numbers into the system using 'New Entry' - but it's a painful process.

There's an option called 'Import Contact' - select this, and the car tells me that she is waiting for the phone to send her information - However, I'm not sure on how to do this...

Can someone point me to information on how to do this?

Ive done it.....but doesnt work like you think. I have a blackberry storm, there is an option to transfer contacts. Even thought the phone tells me XXX entries sent, the car only captures the first contact. The very fist contact....I havent figured out a succesful way of doing it yet becuase the car only seems to want to capture one at a time and the next on the list..not all at once. I tried it twice and gave up. If you come accross a better way, let me know.
