Bluetooth Audio Volume

Hi i just got a cx5 2015 a week ago, everything is perfect except the audio volume from my iphone via bluetooth. The audio is very low on bluetooth, kept at 60 and it is not loud.
But the same song from iphone via AUX gives the same output if the volume is at 15-20. Wondering what could be the issue? pls help.

I know that bluetooth volume on android phones is set independently of in-call volume and headphone volume. So try to just increase the volume while bluetooth is active.

Tried this and still the same. Have to check with a different device may be.

Did you make sure the audio is maxed out on your phone too?

My volume using Pandora via bluetooth, is very low too.

No BT audio volume issues for me using iPhone 5s with iOS 7.1.2 (or earlier versions)

Same here, I have three Droids, all from Samsung.... I have to crank the volume on the Note3 all the way up while the system is in bluetooth and get proper volume on the radio. My tablet, well... it is not as loud as the Note3 and the GS4 gives similar play as the N3. I still think bluetooth is somewhat flawed as it keeps disappearing on my head unit, two more weeks and I will know if it is fixed...

Another iPhone 5s user with no volume issues running iOS 7.0.4 and jailbroken.

Thanks Everyone. The volume on my iphone was the issue. I increased it yesterday and everything seems to work fine properly.
