Blowoff valve noise

I heard that there is some sort of device or something that you can add to your non-turbo car to simulate the sound of a blow-off valve. is this true? and if so can somebody give me some info on it?

I kinda wanna know about this too...I was talking to a buddy about how much money that could make with the right marketing...I mean..there are alot of people who would buy something like this...does anyone know about this...and don't flame me...I already have my blow-off valve sound....of course it comes from a real bov from the turbo set-up
