Blown MS6 engine

I have told you twice...THEY HAVE TO PROVE THE REASON IS YOUR FAULT FOR THE ENGINE FAILURE. That is THE LAW. I posted a link to the Magnusson Warranty Act on the first page.

But if you insist on blowing your money on a new engine..have at it. I had an Acura dealer try to make me pay for a new transmission. Because I had modded the car they tried to say I put "Abnormal Wear" on the car. I called an attorney, made an appointment, spent $100.00 for him to write a letter to the dealer and Acura. In the letter he sated "Please provide evidence of proof the a set of headers and an intake could have caused this failure."

Three days later I was in a brand new loaner car...and my transmission was replaced FREE.

But if you wish to bend over and take it...

Killer is right... just seeing the watermark and header on a legal document will cause most dealerships to cave. As soon as the dealership is on your side, Mazda will honor the warranty.

Hey guys, I just got a call today. Mazda is replacing my motor. Didn't really gripe about it because I did have all the receipts. Hopefully you can find your receipts so they'll replace yours. My question is...are they going to extend my warranty now???

its bc the rest of the car has x miles on it but motor has 0. they would have to warranty all the other parts till 80000 miles just bc the motor has 36000! they wont do that. the odometer dont even get changed back to 0 lol awsome i no

My engine just blew with 8500 miles only mods are corksport fmic and 3"exhaust

I blew mine up. They called Mazda and sent pictures. They said because I had aftermarket hoses they think that I had a boost controller, which I did, but can that really prove I had something like done by just something like that?

im sorry for the thread jacking but im desperate looking for ACT Extreme Pressure Plate Part # MZ-018X does anybody knows from where i can buy one, i really need these Urgently. these is for a Mazdaspeed Protege or Mazda 626. any help would be highly appreciated !!!!

it doesnt, and i appologiaze for it, i was just trying to get any help finding these item. i know these is a MS6 thread but since all of us Mazdaspeed Owners have any sort of knowledge on where to get parts i posted in here.. sorry men.. ill just delete the post !!

no tell them to prove it. they cant so they cant void your warrenty
