blocking websites

Does the mazdas247 forum block other mazda websites/forums links from displaying properly? I was trying to PM an example from another mazda website to a forum member and it would blockout the address as such:

http://www.*************.com

If mazdas247 does block them, why?

Yes, certain forum addresses are blocked because people from those forums had issues with conducting themselves in a mature manor so we chose to no longer promote those sites.
