Question is what color would other MSP owners prefer, Black or Yellow. I have a chance to pick up one or the other to repair, The good about the Yellow speed is that it has 37k but abit more damage with blown bags, the good about the black is not as much damage but no milage shown. HHHMMM? So let me hear some input and what would anyone else do???????

the yellow looks like frame damage, so if the black one doesn't have any I would go with the black. But I personally prefer the 03.5 over the 03

how much are they?
From what I'm shooting for is putting one or the other together for around $7500.00 or so..... Frame damage isn't an issue, have a great frame guy that I know.......... just wish I knew the milage on the 03

IMO personally i have never seen a black one in person around here where i am (calgary) so that would be something id go for and the damage is minimal. i do however like the 03.5 more though but judging on the damage of the yellow one, the axle could have been damaged or pushed in causing the transmission to possibly go?

eather way, it says you allready own a black one so maybe give the yellow one a try and switch it up a little. good luck with the choice

Actually black MSP was sold to someone in Canada, From what I know to this day there are like 3 Black MSP in the whole country. I could be wrong though.. Might try the yelllow one if the price is right. We shall see..........

Thanx for your input

a black should be less of a pain to paint... yellows have that sick colour that hard to paint.. i almost regret buying one because of that.. if i get rear ended the car will be ****** as no one over here is a good enough to paint a car right.. even less a 3 stage paint... i spoke to one of the top body shops here and he didn't even knew how do do it.. i live among ignorants.. last week i had to give the parts list for the msp to a dealer to order my hose as he didn't have it..

Yeah bro, yellow is gonna be a b*tch to color match. I guess black would be a better bet, unless your gonna repaint the whole car anyways. Personally I think taking on a project like this would not be worth it, in the long run. But hey if your blood pressure and your bank account are on good terms with each other then go for it.

I put my last one together 3 years ago for around 7 grand, I have alot of good guys I know that will do the work for a really great price. Plus I don't think anyone can beat putting a MSP together for around 7 grand free and clear........ My frame guy has seen both cars and said neither one should be a problem except from what people are saying about the yellow paint. We shall see what way things go in little less than a month, over the past couple of years I've driven various cars and nothing feels or comes close to my old MSP. So the girlfriend says do what you want get the MSP, cause I won't be happy until I get another one...

dude if i were you i would get the black on and buy another car (front clip) and go from there i would pull the driver side wheel back to norm or as close as possible and i would fix the black one but i would get another car that would be cheeper and the best way to fix it and black is allways the best too.

ummm... (dunno)....

I say get the black one, and do a 03.5 kit conversion (03.5 front lip, and rear lip, rear wing). just find out what the mileage. Black 03.5 conversions look amazing.

only way Id do the yellow is if I had the intense need to stand out and had a really good paint shop around. The Blazin yellow mica is no joke to paint.

lol and its 0 n on copart witch means 0 known miles and that means tmu unless the battery is dead and they cant verify it like copart did on my bros Ceil and then it wasn't sold tmu but if they cant say well its got XXXX number of miles on it its sold as a tmu
