better performance for the money?

my birthday is coming up and i get to choose a performance part for my P5. right now i have a CAI, a custom cat-back, and ACT Street disc as far as performance. I think i've boiled it down to two. crank pulley or header? which pulley should i get, if i go that route. i've searched a little, but i would like to hear personal opinions. and i know if i go header i'll go to the garage and get an OBX header. like the title says, which has the best gains for the money? or should i do one first before the other? thanks for any info given.

I would say header if you already have an exhaust.

Keep in mind you arent going to see mega gains either way.
