Titanium MSP
I see a lot of stores sells them. Tripoint, Protege garage. Where will I get the best bang for my buck? Need to get pads and rotors all around before next inspection. Should I invest in some SS break lines? Or are they a waste of money.

Contacted Tripoint. I got quoted on the Drilled rotors made by Stoptech. With posi quiet ceramic pads. All around. 403$. Before shipping.

save your money. get the centric blanks. drilled rotors are pointless and not worth the extra cost.

its true, they look great but offer no real benefit over blanks. I cant see the point of spending so much more on them for looks.
That is what I am running on my car. Very pleased with the price to performance not to mention they look great. I get a lot of comments about the rotors.

When I click on the front rotor product number. I don't see the MSP as one of the cars on the list. I see the mp3. Even though it says MSP for the bulk package. Has me a little weary.

Got my centric rotors from Jeff and my Satisfied Pro Ceramic pads from advanced discount auto. No complaints with either. No dust and excellent stoping power which is all I care about from brakes.

Posi Quiet pads + Blank non coated rotors for all 4 corners = 158.80 according to the thread. Free shipping.

I used a set of the Centric rotors for my fronts and they're great.

also, drilling actually diminishes a rotors effectiveness so theres that too...

its only benefits are really looks, and rotational mass reduction

When you say they offer no benefit, are you speaking from experience? General Motors published a white paper claiming that there is a 37% improvement in braking and rotors run up to 180 degrees cooler. Corvette, Porsche, Mercedes and BMW applications come direct from the factory with drilled rotors, must be just for show huh?

here's some good reading material.

I believe you are right. Both front and rear rotors for the MSP are larger than any other Protege including the MP3. I would call them. If you give them your VIN they guarantee fitment and pay shipping both ways.

Check out Tri Point, all the brake components they sell are good.

Thats where I got my centric coated rotors and ceramic pads, works great!

Skip slotted or drilled rotors and buy better pads.
