BEGI kit received!!!!!!

Hey guys I've been away for awhile..but guess what ...My BEGI kit is finally here and I'm getting it installed tomorrow I keep you posted.. All in all I'm very impressed with the kit (in the box)haha its a complete kit...but damn that T3 looked bigger in wshade pics!! anyway the manifold is cast iron of course(kinda wish i would have just bought spoolins tubular) but it looks good.. the instructions are very thorough and the pics are very detailed hopefully they will have it done by 5pm tomorrow!! I'll keep ya posted!

Just one quick question, the BEGI kit does retain the cat in the manifold correct? I remember reading it on the website and Corky Bell even told me directly via email, but I couldn't see it in any of WShade's pics or his videos. If the kit DOES still keep the first cat I am seriously considering buying the kit and getting it CARB certified myself. The only other thing I have to worry about are the emissions, the turbo cannot increase them at all or the kit won't be certified. Those are two things I want to make sure of before I fork over the cash....you wouldn't happen to be getting a tailpipe test on your way back from the shop tomorrow would ya?? Do you guys even have emissions tests in NC?

we have visual checks to see if the emissions stuff is still there, dont have emissions test though, although i think they might have them in charlotte.
