Just wanted to throw this out there for those of you who may want a little seat time in July. The cost is $180 for 5 20 minuutes sessions, includes classroom time as well. Here is the link

http://www.beaverun.com/thrills_flat_out_days_split_sessions.php

We're going to scrub tires and do a little testing and tuning on the MSP to get her ready for Mid-Ohio. BeaveRun is 1.53 miles of fun, with plenty of runoff area if you make a mistake. there are elevation changes begining with turns 4,5,6 & 7.

A lot smoother than Nelson and almost as fast.

This looks interesting and not very expensive either. I might be going to this, I'll probably know soon if I can.

You won't be disappointed very smooth track an great palce to learn and get more seat time. Great classroom instruction as well.

I've been there a few years ago when they had a drift day on the go kart track. It was pretty epic. Looking forward to being a cheerleader for my homies, yO!

Is there another one of these events later in the year? After selling the MSP, my 'track' car is now my DD and I don't want to risk racing the only car I have especially since it is 20 years old. Still on the lookout for a clean Mazda to replace the MSP.

There might be more of these, but I'm not sure. Marlon might know, also, there might be more dates on the website.

What kind of budget do you have? And do you want the new Mazda strictly for the track? What's your DD now?

Huh, I didn't see this thread. What time does this shindig tip-off? Where in the world is beaverun?
I found the thread. I'm a dumb-ass!

We'll be in Beaver Falls having lunch with a friend from College on Sunday, but I don't think we'll be able to swing by for this. Maybe if we can get someone to come let the dogs out so we can stay out there longer.

What's the fee for spectating?
